Who We Are
In November 2024, our founder, Sophie, was just sixteen when tragedy struck her family. Her dad died by suicide, a heartbreak that forever changed her life. Sophie realized how many kids, teens, and adults quietly struggle with mental health, often feeling like they have to face it alone.
To honor her dad’s memory, Sophie created Stay Another Day Movement —a youth-led initiative with a mission to spread hope, raise awareness, and support those affected by suicide and mental health struggles. We believe prevention is just as important as healing for those left behind. Even if we can help one person or family, that makes a difference —but real change comes when we stand together. Your support means the world to us. No one has to go through their journey alone.
